The Abu Garcia Max SX Winch LP is a low-profile reel designed for anglers seeking high performance, power and control at an attractive price. The reel builds on the popular Max series and incorporates technology derived from Abu Garcia’s Revo 5 platform.

The new asymmetrical reel frame provides a compact and ergonomic feel in the hand, whilst the upgraded drag system delivers reliable power when landing larger fish. The 90 mm long, curved aluminium handle is fitted with soft co-moulded grip knobs that provide a comfortable and secure grip.

The Max SX Winch has been specially designed for fishing with crankbaits and other lures that are retrieved continuously and create a lot of drag in the water. The Winch gear ratio provides a smooth, powerful and controlled retrieve, making it easier to fish effectively during long sessions.
