A solid-bladed rod that is ground flat towards the tip, giving a very sensitive tip that registers the slightest bite while the blade has the power to hook and tease fish. The Char-X is equipped with oversized quality guides for minimal icing, hook holders, natural cork handles and a reel seat with graphite inserts.
